Our onsite computer services are available seven days a week. You can schedule an appointment in advance, and a certified engineer will visit your home or business at a time that is convenient for you.

To book an onsite visit, call 514‑803‑8944. Our technicians will ask a few simple questions to determine whether your issue can be resolved onsite. If onsite repair is not possible, we will discuss alternative options, including free pickup and delivery (conditions may apply).

All onsite work is billed hourly (minimum booking applies). Repairs performed in our office are quoted at a fixed price.

How It Works

4. Alternative Options If onsite repair is not possible, we can arrange pickup and delivery or advise you to bring the device to our office.

• Windows or macOS full recovery for laptops/netbooks

Before performing any operating system restoration onsite, our engineer will attempt to back up your data. If data cannot be safely extracted onsite, we will recommend bringing the computer to our office for secure data recovery.

Pricing

Onsite service is slightly more expensive than in‑office repairs due to travel and scheduling requirements. However:

• No call‑out fee
• No travel time charges
• Minimum booking: 1 hours

Rates:

• 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM: $200.00 per hour
• After 9:00 PM: $240.00 per hour
